How far is the B&B from towns?
The nearest town are Tolentino (16 km) and Macerata (36 km).
In the villages nearby our b&b you can find pharmacies, shops etc.
San Ginesio (7km), Belforte (9,5km),

Do we need a car to get around?
A car is needed to fully enjoy your stay.
Where can I park the car?
Next to our house there is a large private parking area.
How can I get from the International Airport to the B&B?
From the airports it’s possible to rent a car. The nearest airports are Aeroporto Internazionale dell’Umbria – Perugia and Aeroporto Marche Airport.
Where are the nearest shops and supermarkets?
The nearest groceries are 7 km far (Pian di Pieca), and 9km (Belforte del Chienti). The nearest supermarket is Eurospin 10 km far (Sarnano)
Who else is sharing the living space?
Other guests like you, and us ( the two owners). The land around us is cultivated by friendly farmers. who help us to make the place beautiful.
How flexible are check-in and check-out times?
Our times are: Check-in: 15:00/19:00, Check-out 8:00/11:00. If previously requested the times can be modified according to your needs.
Is it possible to have a meal in the country house?
For the moment we are not offering a restaurant service, but instead we offer a fully equipped kitchen for our guest where they can cook by themselves. When the weather is nice you can also use our bbq for a little price.

The times of breakfast are from 08:00 am to 10:00 am
What is included in the breakfast?
To eat : bread, homemade cake, yoghurt , jam, nutella, ham & cheese.
To drink: Milk, Juice, 1 Coffee (Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato, Orzo, Deca. or a Tea.)
