THE IDEAL STAY

Relax and Nature

A stay at the country house is a stay of pure relaxation immersed in the quiet of the Macerata hills and the Sibillini Mountains.

You can relax in the welcoming bar and in the garden.

When you wake up, a breakfast with homemade cakes, local products and fruit from our farm awaits you.

SERVICES

Free Parking

Next to the structure there is a large free car park.

Family Friendly

All age groups are welcome and we endeavor to do our utmost to ensure everyone has an enjoyable stay.

Private bathrooms

Each room has a private bathroom and toilet, bidet and shower.

Wifi & TV

Each room is equipped with TV and wifi.

Swimmingpool

The swimming pool is surrounded by a flat lawn on which there is a gazebo. From all this area you can enjoy the enchanting panorama of the Blue Mountains and admire the suggestive sunsets and the swallows suspended between air and water. The salt system of the swimming pool has considerable advantages: your skin and eyes, for example, will not be dry and red as it happens in traditional swimming pools.

Individual Entrance

The three exterior rooms have independent entrances. To access the internal rooms instead, one enters from the hall which has three entrance doors.

ATTRACTIONS OF THE PLACE

Enchanting views

We have chosen for our country house the name "L'Incanto dei Sibillini" (name of the surrounding mountains), because the panoramas that surround it are breathtaking, whether you look south towards Monte Sibilla or contemplate the famous Monti Azzurri (so called by the poet Leopardi) to the west.

The park

The large park and the grove surrounding the country house offer the opportunity to have fun and relax in company or to isolate yourself, for example on one of the picnic tables scattered around the site.

The Fauna

To make this place enchanting, both the uncontaminated flora and the variety of fauna typical of these areas contribute. It is not uncommon to see squirrels, buzzards, woodpeckers, owls, robins, roe deer and foxes and different varieties of butterflies.
